Here’s how it works: \n\nVisit our new RSVP page to reserve your food box. You can fill out the form or use our new chat assistant — just tell it what you need and it’ll walk you through the process.\nOnce you receive a confirmation email with your QR code\, you’re ready to go. Just bring it with you for a volunteer to scan\,  drive up at your reserved time and we’ll have your box ready.\n\nNo RSVP? No Problem — Walk-Ups Welcome\n\nEach event includes a set number of drive-up boxes available without an online reservation.\nThese are distributed first come\, first served starting at 1:30 PM.\nIf you weren’t able to RSVP online\, you can still receive food by coming to the church at 3603 Mulberry Ave.\nVolunteers will get you checked in on-site with your QR code and coordinate getting your box to you.\n\nWhy We Do It This Way\nWe balance limited resources with community access by: \n\nGiving families who RSVP peace of mind that a box is waiting for them.\nMaking sure those without internet access or who find out late still have a way to receive food.\nManaging traffic\, wait times\, and volunteer workload so the experience stays safe and efficient for everyone.

On Pack it Forward Monday night\, we’ll team up to build food boxes from the River Bend Food Bank delivery\, making sure each box is packed with care and ready for distribution. \nVolunteers will help:✅ Pack food items into boxes from the pallets of donated goods✅ Stage boxes for smooth distribution flow on Tuesday✅ Set up the facility and parking lot for the big day✅ Knock out any trash and cleanup needs so we’re ready to roll \nNo heavy skills needed — just a willing attitude\, good shoes\, and a bunch of energy!
